Southwark Safeguarding Children Board training programme

This free training  is aimed at all staff, volunteers and community leaders who work directly with children, or with their parents or carers.

The seminars and courses in this programme promote inter-agency and multi-disciplinary working. Lessons show that when agencies work closely together and understand each others’ roles and duties there are better outcomes for children.

Each organisation is responsible for ensuring that every member of staff is aware of how to recognise and respond to child abuse and when to use child protection procedures.  Please ensure that this programme is drawn to the attention of all managers and practitioners
in your agency.
